Shipping Methods

We offer USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx depending on region. Tracking will be provided when available.

International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs inspection, duties, VAT, taxes, and delays. Lensess is not responsible for any fees imposed by foreign governments.

Age Verification

By purchasing colored contact lenses, you certify that you are at least 18 years old.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate addresses. Reshipment fees may apply.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is scanned as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Return Policy

For sanitary and FDA compliance reasons, opened contact lenses cannot be returned. Unopened packages may be returned within 14 days with approval. Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
